To enable the Mass Rename feature, select multiple files. 

To change the file Type:

 1. Turn ON Type option

 2. Type the file type letter:

• • S for spots

  • L for liners

  • M for music

 3.  Click on Save All

You may make multiple changes by turning ON each feature option: Start date, Stop date, Voice & EOM.

Music categories are NOT enabled in the Live version of APEX. 

Change the cart number range of selected files:

1. Click on Cart Numbers button

2. Type in Cart number range

3. Click on Assign All

If there are already carts in that number range, the new files will be added to the end. 

To delete multiple audio files:

1. Select files

2. Click on Delete All

3. Click on Yes to PERMANENTLY delete the files.

Note:  Make sure that you REALLY want to delete the files.

It's always wise to have a complete audio back up located on another PC.
