My research belongs to two focal areas i.e. sustainable food resource and nutritional ecology. Investigating nutritional profile (which involves biochemical analyses) as well as farming system development of some underutilized food resource (e.g. insect and snails) is the primary objective in sustainable food resource. The second area of my research deals with bee nutrition and health (which involves biochemical and microbial investigation as well as apicultural techniques).
