Divine gambit is a 2D roguelike game which I developed during my second academic year. In this game you play as a soul who takes part to a special competition where he has to complete different tasks while traveling across different rooms.
By completing all the challenges the soul will reach salvation, being able to access to paradise.

For Divine Gambit I was in charge of the balancing and testing of the objectives the player has to complete in the different rooms. Specifically, I chose which tasks were compatible with each other, how many tasks were necessary to complete every room and how much time the player had to complete them.
I also wrote part of the narrative, specifically designing one of the main characters of the game (Angelo) and one of the secondary characters of the game (Paco).
