Payments can be claimed directly from medical aid schemes on behalf of the client or settled on the day of the session via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or in cash (no card facilities are available at present).
The client remains responsible for settling the account and it is advisable to first contact the medical aid provider to find out what services and how many sessions are covered.
Note medical aid schemes do not cover report writing and test scoring.

Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be made no later than 24 hours prior to appointments. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged for. Please also note that this fee will not be covered by the medical aid schemes.
