Welcome to the SCA Health & Wellness Club.
This club was created to bring our community together around one important idea — that it’s never too late to invest in our health and well-being. Through engaging presentations, workshops, and activities, we explore topics that support whole-person wellness, including movement, nutrition, longevity, and lifelong learning.
What has been most inspiring is the incredible interest and participation from our members. The club has quickly grown into a vibrant community of people who are curious, supportive, and committed to living healthy, active lives.
Whether you are just beginning your wellness journey or looking to deepen your knowledge, we invite you to join us. Together we can learn, connect, and support one another in creating healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Warmly,
Lindy Mitchell

The Sun City Anthem Health & Wellness Club is committed to providing high-quality educational programming that supports the health and well-being of our community.
To maintain the integrity of our club and the trust of our members, we follow these general guidelines:
Club communications (newsletters, emails, website postings, and announcements) are reserved for Health & Wellness Club programs, events, and approved community collaborations.
The club does not promote individual businesses, commercial products, training programs, or recruitment opportunities through its member communications.
Guest speakers are invited to share educational information, professional expertise, and practical resources. Presentations are intended to educate and inform rather than promote products or services.
Presenters are welcome to briefly introduce themselves, share their background, explain the services they provide, and make business cards, informational flyers, and contact information available for members who wish to connect with them after the presentation.
To help maintain the trust of our members and comply with Community Lifestyle Committee (CLC) guidelines, presentations should not include client testimonials, endorsement videos, requests for online or social media reviews, lead-generation activities, contests tied to marketing, or other promotional activities.
If a presenter wishes to donate a door prize or complimentary service, we are happy to consider it, provided it is offered as a random drawing with no requirement for reviews, sign-ups, purchases, or other promotional participation.
Requests to present or collaborate with the club are reviewed by the Health & Wellness Club Leadership Team to ensure alignment with our mission, educational objectives, and member interests.
We appreciate the many talented professionals within our community and welcome opportunities to collaborate on educational presentations that inspire healthier living, encourage lifelong learning, and support the well-being of our members.
