Rob Humphreys is a dedicated family man, musician, and creative mentor with a passion for working with young people. As a singer-songwriter and former worship pastor, he has used music as a powerful tool for storytelling, connection, and personal growth.
Originally from Western Australia, Rob is a father of five and now calls Adelaide, South Australia, home. With a Bachelor of Applied Social Science focused on youth work, he is committed to helping young people find their purpose and achieve their full potential.
As a late-diagnosed autistic adult, Rob brings a deep, personal understanding of neurodivergence into his work. He specialises in supporting NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities, including autism, ADHD, PDA, anxiety, and complex mental health challenges. His approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and practical, focusing on building capacity, resilience, and independence.

Beyond his work in recovery coaching, Rob is a lifelong student of sociology and an information junkie, constantly exploring the intersection of music, culture, and spirituality. He believes in the power of creativity as a tool for self-awareness and transformation and actively mentors budding musicians, helping them develop their artistic voice while fostering personal growth.
When he’s not working, Rob can usually be found sipping coffee, dreaming up new creative projects, or deep in self-reflection. Despite the busyness of life, he remains committed to nurturing his relationships and continuing his own journey of personal growth.
