PAG-INAM is a three-day arts festival organized by the Tanghalang Pilipino; the resident theater company of the Cultural Center of the Philippines, that would celebrate the linkages among regional groups in the country to help their artistic development through various talks, workshops, and performances all in the spirit of collaboration. The festival is open to all aspiring and practicing Filipino theater practitioners.
The participants were the TP’s external linkages-the Regional Community and School-Based Theater Groups namely: Arts & Culture Educators Society (ACES) of Philippine Normal University, HUMARTESS of Pitogo High School in Makati, Sirang Theater Ensemble of Leyte Normal University, Teatro Kaanyag of Alangalang National High School in Leyte, Kariton High School Dynamic Teen Co. Inc., SPA Theater Arts - Bulihan Integrated National High School in Cavite, Student Artiste Society (STARS) of Cavite State University, Sining Banwa in Bicol, 2TINCANS Philippines Inc. in Cebu, Cebu Bisdak Pride Inc., BINHI Production in Bagiuo, Tanghalang SLU of St. Louis University in Bagiuo, Indigenous People’s Education, Arts and Culture Empowerment (IPEACE), Sining Kambayoka Ensemble of Mindanao State University in Marawi.
The Alangalang National High School Teatro Kaanyag was so grateful for the opportunity of being part of the Tanghalang Pilipino's PAG-INAM 2021. This arts festival was held via online last May 14 – 16, 2021 with the central theme “Connecting and Building New Art forms During Pandemic”. Teatro Kaanyag had three entries in the regional performances namely: "Puya nga Kalipay", "Pamalandong ni Ibarra" and "Abot-Tanaw".
