This page provides a list of definitions I came across in the course of MBBCH1. These definitions expanded my knowledge as a person and as a medical student. Terms like intersex and transgender that I knew existed but did not know what they entail.  Also, learning these terms enabled me to differentiate terms that are similar but have two different meanings, for example, race and racialization, health equity and equality.
