Policies

Drop-off & Pick-up: Drop off is at 7am on your scheduled firing day. Pieces must be Bone Dry at drop off. Pieces must be picked up within 30 days of completion. After 30 days, they may be donated or discarded.

Packing & Labeling: Please label all pieces with your name or initials using a marker or painter’s tape.

Glaze Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring glaze is ½ inch from the base unless using stilts.

Clay responsibility: Before confirming drop-off, you will need to send a photo of the original packaging to ensure the correct firing temp

Payment: Payment is due at drop-off. Cash, Zelle and Card are accepted

These rates are designed to be affordable for local artists while still covering kiln costs and maintenance. Prices are subject to change.

Studio Policy

Welcome to our studio! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following policies. By participating in any studio activity or service, you agree to these terms.

All services, prices, and schedules are subject to change. We do our best to communicate updates promptly. Please be understanding — ceramics is a delicate process, and occasional delays or imperfections can occur.

All pieces for firing must be dropped off by 6 AM on the scheduled date. Firing fees are due at drop-off. Firing times may vary depending on kiln load and studio capacity. We’ll notify you when your piece is ready for pickup. While we take great care, firing results can vary and breakage or glaze flaws may occur. The studio is not responsible for damage during the firing process. All firing services must be booked in advance. Availability may change depending on kiln usage.

All purchases and firing fees are due at the time of service. We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel bookings.
