Studio Policy
Welcome to our studio! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following policies. By participating in any studio activity or service, you agree to these terms.
All services, prices, and schedules are subject to change. We do our best to communicate updates promptly. Please be understanding, ceramics is a delicate process, and occasional delays or imperfections can occur.
All pieces for firing must be dropped off by 7 AM on the scheduled date. Firing fees are due at drop-off. Firing times may vary depending on kiln load and studio capacity. We’ll notify you when your piece is ready for pickup. While we take great care, firing results can vary and breakage or glaze flaws may occur. The studio is not responsible for damage during the firing process. All firing services must be booked in advance. Availability may change depending on kiln usage.
All purchases and firing fees are due at the time of service. We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel bookings.
