Dahl Lab

We are a statistical genetics methodology group at UChicago in Genetic Medicine. Our work uses tools from statistical genetics, functional genomics, and linear algebra. We apply these methods to study heterogeneity in a variety of complex biological systems, ranging from single cell genomics to major depressive disorder. Long-term, we aim to help identify patient subtypes with distinct causal biology, clinical presentation, and treatment response.
