I am an associate professor of theoretical philosophy at the University of Milan. Before coming (back) to UniMi I studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Here on the right (or at the bottom of the page, if you are using a phone) you can see me talking about backward induction with a colleague.

I work primarily in the metaphysics of mind and on issues relating to the nature of rules, norms, reasons et similia (with a focus on semantic rules). Because of connections between different problems, I often end up doing both things at once.
