The Community Connections program creates a formal network to link community-based groups across Andover. By appointing members from each group as liasons, we foster broad engagement, collaborative action, and amplify communications on shared community priorities.
Purpose:
Create a formal, coordinate framework that connects diverse community-based groups across Andover to foster broad engagement, collaborative action, and amplified communication
Local community groups each empower 1-2 members to serve as connectors, sharing their groups goals and experiences in a safe, consistent forum to address community challenges and identify shared priorities for collective impact.
Host yearly event bringing together each community to celebrate inclusion, promote collaboration, and highlight collective community contributions.
