It was nesessary for our corporate users to have an Admin panel which would help them navigate through their own catalogue, team members and managing subscribtion. Main focus was on the function rather than design.

I was relatively new to research and i volunteered to help our researcher with his work. We have conducted user quantitative research, user journey maps, held competitive analysis to understand the market better, made empathy maps to understand the user and held multiple online conferences and interviews.
This research has helped us identify 3 main user groups:
Pro Designers (including students)
Users that are renovating their home
Users that juts like to play with design (fun/gaming)

Here are a few Mockups of Admin panel screen. According to research i have found out that corporate users are usually in a hurry and only need the functionality of the Admin Panel. This is why i made these screens simple in design and in function. User flow is intuitive and doesnt have unnecessary screens which makes usage quick and easy.

All buttons were made with different variations and added properties to turn on and off icons. All had different states so that the user could easily identify interactive elements. Our team has also made several Icons for our UI Kit. This design was used within all of the designs for Admin Panel.
