BorisDoes is a startup company that has been on the market fo 2 years. As a Lead UX/UI Designer my responsibilities were creating a product that will be usefull to tradies, help them monitor their tasks, jobs, documentation and clients. To ensure satisfaction of Australian tradies i made several researches, interviews and competitive audits. The results of this lead to a decision of complete redesign and structure rework of the platform.
