Led automation efforts across multiple processes like a) shutdown/start-up of business servers & systems saving 126 man hours across 4 teams during network outages, b) optimized data manipulation to save 95% man hours, c) inventory synchronization etc
Implemented proactive, automatic monitoring to identify potential issues, which kept number of critical incidents under 2 per month
Instrumental in migrating operations from legacy system to Huawei NGBSS (Mobile Transformation Program, MTP) by analysing business processes in the CRM side and designing solution for migrating processes with minimal business impact and data loss. Post successful migration, supported Huawei to stabilize the system at their end and helped them bridge any knowledge gap
