A note about the final exhibition:
All photos created for AN INTIMATE VIEW and exhibited in small groupings throughout the four counties in August were joined together and exhibited in a traditional gallery setting as part of the annual Elmira College Faculty Art Exhibition at the George Waters Gallery. The project will be shown with the work of Jan's colleagues: sculptor Derek Chalfant, painter Marc Dennis, and ceramic artist/gallery director Chris Longwell. The public is invited to the opening reception on Thursday, December 1 from 5-7 pm.
"An Intimate View" continued to be exhibited after the grant cycle. It was featured as the first art exhibition at C-Tran - Elmira Bus Station from January through June, 2012.
