Pregătire specifică
Responsabilul de proiect a asigurat pregatirea specifica (1 intalnire de lucru inainte de fiecare mobilitate) privind desfasurarea cursului de formare/activitatii de job-shadowing, sarcinile de invatare, modalitati de monitorizare/evaluare, completarea caietului de sarcini si atributii, a listelor de prezenta, a chestionarului on-line, raportarea (la sfarsitul mobilitatii), 2 intalniri cu elevii participanti in mobilitati si parintii acestora și prelucrarea procedurilor specifice existente la nivelul proiectului:
*procedura privind mobilitatea internationala (1 sedinta inaintea fiecarei mobilitati): activitati premergatoare mobilitatii, documente depuse catre ISJ, actiuni/activitati in timpul si dupa mobilitate, responsabilitati;
*procedura de management al riscului (1 sedinta inaintea fiecarei mobilitati) - identificarea si evaluarea riscurilor, gestionarea riscurilor, echipa de gestionare a riscurilor, liste cu numere de telefon pentru situatii de urgenta/speciale (tara gazda a mobilitatii): politie, ambulanta, ambasada/consulat, date de contact ale anpcdefp etc.).
S-au încheiat minute de sedinta si s-au semnat tabele de prezenta. Distribuirea link-ului MAE pe grupul de whatsapp al mobilitatii pentru a fi la curent cu informatiile actualizate privind conditiile de calatorie.

Empowerment in ICT Skills Making Use of Technology Tools

Objectives
To enable better skills in technology and ICT To introduce an awareness of ways of integrating ICT with teaching methodologies, using hands-on & experiential methods
To help teachers reflect on their own teaching methods in relation to technology in the classroom today
To help participants experience hands-on a range of interesting tools, soware and programmes which are available as freeware, & set up activities linking methodology and technology today
To further develop participants’ own language skills
To experience the cultural heritage of Malta with its bilingual linguistic environment (The course draws on the results of the POOLS and POOLS-T Leonardo Projects (Project for Open Online Learning System s) and Methodologies).
Methodology
This course is taught interactively, with input sessions, collaborative and group project work.
Participants are actiely involved in all sessions.
Input sessions are in the form of hands-on workshops and could involve brainstorming, analysis and at times problem-solving.
Sessions help participants set up tools such as Blogs & Websites and apply online tools in a scaffolded setting.
Participants are asked to reflect on the tools & activities, inviting discussion with regard to their own knowledge & skills, their approach to teaching today’s students, and on adaptation of the use of the tools to their teaching & learning situations & contexts.
Exchange of participants’ ICT and pedagogical knowledge is encouraged through discussion.
Participants’ own language skills are developed and feedback given where appropriate.
Participants are also introduced to appropriate websites related to the further development of their teaching skills & personal professional development.

Day 1 - Spanish Culture
-First meeting with a few teachers and pupils from IES Mar de Aragon
-Discovering Caspe-guided city tour, visiting El embarcadero and the Outlet Adidas
-They shall be divided into 3 groups to observe and realize a digital presentation of the mobility, starting with the following: historical and cultural objectives within the city, national symbols, landscape, architecture, vegetation etc
-They shall observe how art, cultural values are represented in the city and shall find out their spanish peers vision about them
-They will complete a daily Learning Journal
Day 2 - Traditions, culture and gastronomy
-Meeting for the first time the Spanish pupils and teachers: reception in the IES Mar de Aragón, visit the Secondary School and activities, dynamics and presentation of the 3o ESO students.
-Romanian presentation: city, county, country, school, personal presentation of staff and pupils
-Finding the proper channel for communication
-Cohabitation activity where students must present traditions, culture and gastronomy from their town/ area/ county/ country
-Romanian students prepare some typical Romanian recipe and explain to the Spanish ones the process. Spanish students do the same activity. Finally, students have a snack together.
-Completion of the Learning Journal and Observational Notes
Day 3 - Peer-to-peer for learning
From 8:35 to 14:25 Romanian students (divided in small groups) assist to the lessons in the IES Mar de Aragon school. Taking part in practical activity/ actual lesson, in class (Math/ History/Arts etc.) in order to:
-Discover what resources, digital tools they use in class.
-How teachers and pupils relate during classes
-How students are stimulated in their learning endeavour
-Learn about how students are evaluated, what exams they have got, how many homework are assigned
-Find out how Spanish students spend their free time and what extracurricular activities he/she is taking part in.
-Completion of the Learning Journal and Observational Notes
Day 4 - Outdoor learning experience
Visit Fayón museum, the trenches and go boating around the village. It is a cultural visit since they will discover the battle of the Ebro (Spanish History) and what it meant in the area as well as a visit to the natural environment, since they will be able to enjoy a fluvial walk. The students of IES Mar de Aragón will be in charge of explaining at the museum for their peers.

Day 5 - Gymkhana day
The students will take part in a gymkhana that will take them to the Assembly Hall of the center.
The Romanian pupils will discover that Gymkhana games are a fun and engaging way to encourage physical activity, teamwork, and friendly competition. These games, often played during school sports days or community events, come in various forms and cater to different age groups and skill levels.
Afterwards, a small gift will be given to the Romanian students, and a small snack will be served.

Day 6 - Art, culture and religion

-Visiting Zaragoza - guided city tour, visiting Basílica del Pilar, La Seo, Palacio de la Aljafería, some of the most interesting landmarks

Sustainability in education – introducing green and eco-lifestyles

Rapid climate changes transform our ecosystem and our lives on an extraordinary scale. Global warming may seem inevitable, but there is still time to make an impact on the mindsets of the younger generation, which is why we must take action into our own hands and learn how to educate others about sustainable living.
This course is aimed at teachers and educational staff who want to develop in the area of environmental and eco-friendly education. During the course you will become aware of climate issues our world is facing and learn how to implement principles of sustainable development into your teaching practice. Since the course is taking place in the beautiful Mediterranean city of Split, you will experience the importance of biodiversity firsthand and enjoy many natural beauties of our city.
You will learn outdoors and exchange your experiences with colleagues from all over Europe bathed in sunshine, while walking by the sea or sitting in the shades of trees. The course will cover a number of topics concerning waste management with the focus on eco-friendly lifestyles as well as techniques of inspiring young people to help with the environmental crisis. At the end of the course, you will be able to incorporate environmental studies in your curriculum and shape young minds into future environmentalists!

Stress is an inevitable and necessary -to a degree-component of life. Excessive stress can become a disease-promoting agent and constitutes a major health concern today. While some stressors can be avoided and others need to be confronted, in the end, a good balance of stress in one's life can be healthy, and grow promoting in terms of one's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. Stress coping strategies acquired through experience, vary individually, with some appropriate and successful, and others inappropriate and unsuccessful. Many of these coping strategies, however, are learned during the formative years of development. In essence,how appropriate an individual deals with stressful life events at various stages of development is determined, largely,by what was learned and reinforced during previous developmental stages. It is necessary, then, that timely and effective stress management education be provided and continued during the early stages of development (childhood through adolescence) to insure positive coping responses as adults.Life skills can be taught to assist individuals successfully deal with stressful life events, even before they occur. Successfully coping with stressful events at an early age can minimize the acquisition of unhealthy stress coping responses, which could promote illness and disease.
The goal of stress management education is not to shelter educators from stressful situations, but to help them develop the ability to respond to stressful events in a positive, constructive way. Confrontation with stressful situations needs to be encouraged rather than avoided.
