Project Management Job Aids

This phase identifies processes and procedures that will complete the project on time, within budget, and with the appropriate requirements and aligns with the Analysis phase of ADDIE. During this phase, the project manager and key members of the project team use the Project Charter and the Preliminary Project Scope Statement (delivered in the Initiating phase) to create a Project Management Plan. This is the only deliverable of this phase.

The Project Management Plan includes:
