Amrut Services is the independent SEO consultancy of Mehul Dedhia, working with established websites since 2011. The practice is built on diagnosis before prescription: every engagement starts by finding out what is actually stopping a site from ranking, rather than applying a template. Amrut Services works directly with ecommerce and Shopify brands, multi-location businesses, law firms, chiropractors, roofing and HVAC contractors, and agencies needing white label SEO. No guaranteed rankings, no bought links, no lock-in retainers.

Amrut Services is the independent practice of Mehul Dedhia, working with established websites since 2011 from Vadodara, Gujarat. There is no account layer here and nothing is offshored to a team you will never meet: the person who runs the analysis is the person you talk to, every time. That structure exists for a practical reason. Most of the value in search work sits in judgement — deciding what matters on this site, in this market, this quarter — and judgement does not survive being passed through three people before it reaches you. Clients come from ecommerce, multi-location service businesses, professional practices and agencies who need delivery under their own brand. What they have in common is an existing business with real demand behind it, where a ranking improvement turns fairly directly into revenue. If that describes you, the kind of businesses this works for sets out the fit in more detail.
A site that has stopped growing in search is rarely suffering from everything at once. Far more often one or two things are load-bearing, and nobody has gone looking for them. It might be that a template change stopped internal links rendering. It might be that half the product range was never indexed. It might be that the pages built to rank were built for a query intent the search results have since moved away from. These are very different problems with very different fixes, and they are indistinguishable from the outside. That is why every engagement begins with a proper diagnosis rather than a content calendar. The output of that work is not a list of three hundred issues sorted by a severity score somebody else invented; it is a short, ordered account of what is actually holding the site back and what can safely be ignored.
Once the constraint is understood, the order of work matters more than the amount of it. Eligibility comes first: can the pages be crawled, rendered and indexed at all, which is the domain of technical SEO. Then relevance: does each page answer the query it targets better than the pages currently ranking, which is on-page work and the content decisions around it. Then authority: do enough credible sources point at the site, which covers off-page signals and earned links. Running these out of sequence is the most reliable way to spend a year of budget with nothing to show. Publishing forty articles on a site with an indexation problem produces forty unindexed articles. Buying links to a page that answers the wrong intent moves it from position forty to position thirty-five. The order is not a preference, it is the mechanism.
On an established site with a few hundred pages, the largest available improvement is often sitting unused in the links between those pages. Left alone, a site's internal link graph simply reflects its navigation template — the header, the footer, whatever the CMS generates — which sends strength to the pages the template happens to favour rather than the pages that earn money. Redirecting it deliberately costs nothing in outreach and nothing in new content, and the effect on commercially important pages is frequently visible within weeks. That is the whole basis of the internal linking work. The same logic applies to consolidation: two pages chasing the same intent split their own signals, and merging them into one stronger page is usually the single cheapest ranking gain available on a mature site.
Some sectors have their own physics. Online stores live or die on category structure, because most commercial searches are categorical rather than specific — and on Shopify a share of the problems are consequences of platform decisions rather than anything the merchant did. Businesses with premises compete on proximity, prominence and relevance, where entity consistency does more than review volume ever will. Professional practices operate in the most expensive local verticals there are: see personal injury, criminal defence, chiropractic and roofing and HVAC. Agencies who want the work delivered under their own brand can read about white label delivery, and teams who only need direction rather than execution should look at consulting engagements.
You will get a diagnosis before anyone talks about scope, and if the honest answer is that search is not the constraint on your growth right now, you will be told that. You will get reporting that traces to Search Console, analytics and rank data you already have access to, including the months where something did not work. You will not get a fixed activity list dressed up as a strategy, links from networks, or a report built to look impressive. Where a traffic decline needs unpicking rather than a growth programme, that is its own discipline — recovery work starts by establishing which of four very different events actually happened, because they all look identical in a line chart. The full programme, and how engagements are scoped, is set out under SEO services.
