Amerigo students who are unable to travel to the U.S. for the start of the Fall 2020 school term now have the option to begin their coursework online, where they will also receive English language learning and university advising. Apply now. Start anywhere.
International students are admitted to Amerigo high schools
If a student cannot start their U.S. education in person, Amerigo will register them for online courses
Students will begin their American education through our online learning platform. Online courses will start the first week of August
Online Course Registration
Returning Students:
Returning students have already met with their counselors to plan courses at the high school for new year, and students will be registered for the similar or same online course
New Students:
New students will be registered for the best online courses to facilitate credit transfer and high school graduation requirements for the high school to which they are assigned
Students will be enrolled in a personally customized set of subjects that fulfills the school’s graduation requirements
Students will be assigned a Success Coach who will give the student one-on-one attention, monitoring their progress and assisting with any technical issues
Course content consists of readings, activities, discussions with classmates and periodic live videos from instructors
Credits will be seamlessly transferred from online to in-person once student can safely travel to the United States
Students have the flexibility of taking their online courses anywhere, anytime. Live videos will be recorded, so students can refer to them at their convenience
Instructors are available to answer questions submitted via in-course messaging. Students will receive feedback from their instructors and interact with classmates throughout the course
