AMARCON

The Present Directors having a collective Experience of over three decades in CONTROL VALVE TECHNOLOGY, Established Amarcon Valves in 2002. The company is engaged in the Maintenance Servicing Design and Development of a comprehensive range of Control Valve, for all Process, Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Power Generation industries. The company has the engineering and technical expertise together with the facilities to address the diverse automation demands of the modern process industries.

Amarcon Valve engineering department’s mission is design innovation. Our ability experience and expertise through the use of sophisticated technology and CAD/CAE equipment in the Production, Modification, Maintenance Servicing of high quality of control valves for wide range of application.

Valve Sizing & Selection is completed using current state of the art programmed software, taking in to consideration velocity. Mach no Cavitations /flashing, noise leaves and energy conversion etc. This together with our application experience will ensure the optimum selection of control valve for each duty.

Will undertake the complete plant servicing and overhaul of both indigenous and imported Control Valves. All Sizes, Types, Make, Rating, MOC, Temp can be accommodated regardless of age and will be refurbished to the highest standards to ensure complete satisfaction. Our flexible needs driven principles mean we can supply the smallest part, to the servicing of all valves during planned plant shutdown.

Individual parts can be reverse engineered to order, as well as valves being upgraded or customized to handle enhanced new duties, using the in house engineering expertise.

Globe 3 Way Control Valve

‘AMARCON’ 3 Way control valves are used to combine two flows or to divert one flow into two outlets. They are designed to replace and perform the functions of two single ported control valves acting in opposite directions, in converging or diverging liquid flow service. They can be used to control the circulation of water, oil, sea water or other liquid in heating or cooling applications involving heat exchanger bypass control. They can also be used in blending systems and on-off selector systems.

Control Valve Repair

We undertake Servicing / Overhauling of all type of control valves. Amarcon valve is specializes in problem solving. No need to remove a control valve for repair if the valve are welded in or If you are down for an emergency shut down and the clock is running Amarcon valve can repair your control valve in line and get your plant back up and running.

General Servicing/Reconditioning/Repairing/Overhauling of Control valve

- Inspection and reporting of complete control valve
- Dis-Assembly of valve in order to get to the rote cause of problem area
- Cleaning of all parts of valve, Actuator, Body, Hand wheel, Gear assembly etc.
- Inspection of internals valve component for usual wear, Corriosion, Erosion cavitation obrasion
- Reconditioning of internals Metallising of Plug/ Seat / Seat Cage / Wedge / Body Thread / Seat by original / Equivalent Materials, if required hard facing done by Stelliting / Nitriding.
- Skin Machining of plug & Seat, lapping of plug with seat ring to achieve minimum leakage.
- Replacement of consumable Product like Gland packing / Gasket / Seal Ring etc..
- Re-Assembly of complete valve Alignment Setting / Travel Checking / Actuator bench testing panel etc…
- Testing of seat leakage / Joint leakage / gland leakage as per class II III IV V & VI leakage rate.
