SENAMAN SANTAI SABTU BERSAMA COACH AIZAT

The Nutrition and Dietetics Programme, School of Health Sciences in collaboration with NutriFit365 Sdn. Bhd has organized a program known as Senaman Santai Sabtu Bersama Coach Aizat on 19th June 2021. The invited speaker was Mr. Muhammad Aizat Zainal Abidin Asri, a freelance Nutritionist under Nutrifit365 Sdn. Bhd. and a Team Leader BSK 3.0 (program KBS Fit & Active, Ministry of Youth and Sport, Malaysia). This event was designed to provide information on a suitable workout during lockdown especially for those studying Nutrition and Dietetics. Dr. Hafzan Yusoff served as the event's host and was in charge of ensuring the event's success. Approximately 100 participants engaged in this session.
