Ingredients:
25 gram hemp seeds
15 gram pumpkin seeds
50 popped quinoa
50 gram flax seed
50 gram chia seeds
100 gram oatmeal
Dark chocolate (85 %)
2 tbs coconut oil
2 large eggs
1 egg white
Instruction:
Blend the hemp seeds and flax seed in a blender for 10 sec. (They should just be a bit blend, so its more easy to ingest the vitamines).
Then roast all the seeds on a pan. (With no oil or butter) They should be a bit brown.
Next roast all the oatmeals on a pan for a few minutes.
Mix the coconut oil and eggs in a small bowl.
In a new bowl add the roasted-dried ingrediens (the seeds and the oatmeal).
Cut the cranberry, apricot and dark choklate into medium pieces.
Now add all the ingrediens in a bowl and mix it well.
In small forms add the dough and press it well together! (So it dosen't split in the oven!)
Last but not least let it roast in the oven for about 15 minutes at 175 degrees. (They should be a bit brown)

2 rice crackers
1 avocado
Pomegranate
Cherry tomatoes
Salt & pepper
Instruction:
Mash the avocado and spread it on the rice crackers.
Cut the tomatoes into half and add them on the mashed avocado.
On top place some pomegranate plus salt & pepper.

Ingredients:
2 big sweet potatoes
2 stem rosemary
3 tbs olive oil
Salt & pepper
Instruction:
Heat up the oven to 200° C.
Cut the sweet potatoes into long slices, just like pomp frites.
Add the olive oil, rosemary plus the salt and pepper and mix it.
Make the sweet potatoes for about 20 minutes.
Severs with chili mayo and guacamole.
