Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
20 gram blueberry
5 gram ginger
1 pear
1 tbs rasberry mamelade
5 tbs almondmilk
Toping:
Granola
Toasted coconut flakes
Dry cranberry
Chia seeds
-The day before: frez one banana for the next day.
(you can also buy them frozen, but i prefer homemade)
Instruction:
Peel the skin off from the ginger.
Cut the pear and banana in to small pieces.
Mix everything in the smoothie blender.
Last but not least add the toping on the top.
Ingrediens:
2 bananas
1 dl (0,4 cup) oatmeal flour
1 tbs cardamom
A pinch of salt
2 tbs lemon jucie
2 eggs
2 tbs almondmilk
Vegan butter to roasting
Instruction:
Mach the bananas with the lemon juice.
Mix everything in a bowl and add the bananas.
Heat a frypan with the butter. When it is meltet make the pancakes.
-You can served the pancakes with some almonds on top (or maybe rasberry mamelade)
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
½ mango
3 tbs almond milk
½ pear
Tip: I recommend you to froze your own bananas. It is much more delicious, and you are sure that there isn´t that much bacteria.
Instruction:
Cut the mango and pear into small pieces.
Blend everything in the smoothie blender.
Severs with: granola, small pieces of mango, coconut flakes & chia seeds!
Ingredients:
1 dl (0,4 cup) oatmeal flour
1 dl (0,4 cup) almond milk
3 tbs vegan crème fraiche
1 tbs cardamom
A pinch of salt
Olive oil for roasting
Instruction:
Whip and mix everything together in a bowl. There should be any lumps in the dough.
Heat a pan and put some olive oil on it.
Then put some dough and roast it on both sides, it should also be a little brown. (as on the picture).
Severs with: I would recommend pomegranate, honey, mint, bananas and maybe some flowers;)
Ingredients:
Porridge
3 dl (1,6 cups) coconut milk
1 dl (0,4 cup) almond milk (you can also use oat milk)
3 tbs oatmeals
5 tbs chia seeds
Topping
Strawberries
Rapes
Elderflower
Burned almonds
Instruction:
Mix everything together of the porridge. If you want the chia porridge more thick you can add a bit more chia seed or coconut milk.
Let the porridge sit overnight. Preferably around 10-12 hours.
The next morning stir well the porridge. On top cut some strawberries, roast some almonds, add the rapes and at the sides some elderflower.

1 egg
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cardamom
2 tbsp almond milk
Glutenfree toast
Topping
Kiwi
Honey
Blueberries
Instruction:
Mix everything together of the egg-mix (cinnamon, egg, cardamom, almond milk), and then let the toast bread simmer in the dough for some minutes.
Next put the toast on a pan and roast for some minutes (it should be a bit brown).
Last but not least top the french toast with some fruits and honey. Bon appetite!

1,5 dl almond-milk (vegan milk)
A pinch of salt
Raspberries, blueberries or other berries u like

Sunflower seeds
1/2 banana
Dried cranberries
Almonds
Instruction:
Mash the banana and mix it together with the almondmilk and oats. Let it cook for some minutes until it has that porridge consisten. Next add the berries and let it simmer for one more minute.
Add the toppings!
If you have some more minutes roast the nuts, it gives the best taste!
