I believe in always learning new things. So once I see an oppurtunity to learn I take it even if it is not pertaining to my job description. My motto: "You may never know how these things might come in handy one day!"

This professional development session was aimed at  to deepening educators' understanding of differentiated instruction, emphasizing its role in meeting diverse student needs through varied teaching methods. It addressed common misconceptions, such as the belief that differentiation requires individualized lesson plans or that it involves grouping students solely by ability. The training highlighted the importance of flexible grouping strategies based on students' readiness, interests, and learning profiles, rather than fixed ability levels. Through practical strategies and reflective discussions, teachers were equipped to implement effective differentiation practices that foster an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.​
