Personal Learning Plan and Tech Log

The K-12 Educational Handbook states, "Lifelong learning is essential for everyone but is especially important for educators who must model lifelong learning skills and dispositions for their students and must operate in a profession that changes in response to new innovations. Modern technologies, particularly web technologies, empower educators to participate in lifelong learning in unprecedented ways by improving access to resources and supporting social connections between professionals at a distance" (Kimmons, 2020). In understanding how a personal learning plan works and its purpose, educators should contemplate how they plan to support their own personal learning and what they may wish to include on their own learning plan in order to hold them accountable in the life-long learning process. Below you will find a simplified version of my personal learning plan. This is somewhere you may want to start.
