My name is Alice Hsu and I am a PhD student in the School of Environmental Sciences at the University of East Anglia, where I work under Dr. Matthew Jones and Dr. Rachel Carmenta.
π²I am a pyrogeographer. Specifically, I look at the different meteorological, environmental, and social factors that affect human fire use, especially prescribed fire.
π²In addition to my research, I am also a lecturer in scientific programming (Python), an avid science communicator, and the founder of the International PGR+ Organization at UEA π
