Pie Drive is Back - Ordering is now open!

The ever-popular Pie Drive is back and we’re ready to take your orders! 

We’ve once again joined forces with the team at Simply Pies on the Sunshine Coast and EVERY PIE that is sold will earn $3 for our school!

Direct Deposit 

Complete a direct deposit into the P&C bank account.

Ensure you complete the reference line as instructed so we know whose pies are whose!

Reference: “Surname,First Name – Pie”   (e.g. Smith, Bob - Pie)

Return your pie order form to the tuckshop by Thursday 1st August 2024 with “Paid by Direct Deposit, date” written on it (e.g. "Paid by Direct Deposit, 14th July 2024)


Cash 

Return your pie order form to the tuckshop by Thursday 1st August 2024 with your cash payment. Correct change would be appreciated. Payments can be taken by the tuckshop between 8:30am and 9am


EFTPOS 

Return your pie order form to the tuckshop by Thursday 1st August 2024  and pay by EFTPOS at the tuckshop. Payments can be taken by the tuckshop between 8:30am and 9am


Collect Your Pies:

Pies will be delivered for pick up by the following groups on the following days. Pick up from the tuckshop between 2:15pm and 3:15pm:


Important: The tuckshop does not have storage space to keep pies overnight for you. If you order, you must pick your pies up on the collection date listed

Do you know what we're fundraising for right now?

The P&C Shade Project was established to ensure that there is adequate cover between buildings and in waiting areas for our students. The initial goal was to reach $20,000 to make the shelter from the elements a reality. Updates from the infrastructure quotes mean we have to raise over 5 times that amount.

The Fundraising and Events arm of the P&C is responsible for planning and coordinating events including:

The success of each of these events relies heavily on support from the wider community of parents and carers at the school, and frequently, the fundraising and events officer will put the call out for willing and able helpers.

What a great result!

ZERO AGAIN

We managed to eliminate plastic carry bags from the 2024 Mothers' Day stall too - another great eco-friendly result.

That's how many single use plastic bags were handed out at the Christmas Stall this year. Woo Hoo!

Thanks to everyone who brought their own shopping bag and/or who re-gifted a gift bag for the kids to carry their purchases in.

We had a goal to eliminate plastic bags from the stall this year and with your help, we did it!

This effort to reduce waste was so successful we will make it a regular call out. Stay tuned into 2024....  🙂

In 2023 the P&C donated over $34k back to the school as a result of fundraising and event activities!
