In the past year, I've shifted my role in the education world from leadership coach to leader recruiter!

I recruit and interview leaders to join our Principal in Residence program! I was inspired to take this job after taking on a principal role unexpectedly last year. I wasn't ready, for many reasons, and I now fully understand what it means to prepare principals for the role.

Our Team

This is the team I get the opportunity to work with!

I partner with the Superintendent, our Executive Director, and many others to find the best possible candidates to open schools in Louisiana and Houston.

Here we are breaking ground on a brand new campus that will be led by a principal who participated in the Principal in Residence program!

Our Kids

These are some of the adorable kids impacted by having a great, well prepared, school leader to support them!

I miss teaching often, so I go to visit schools to remind me of the purpose in the work of selection and recruitment!
