Welcome to my portfolio! I've held numerous positions in the education field- teacher, teacher coach, district academic lead- and now I am working to find the best possible leaders for schools through the recruitment and selection team at IDEA Public Schools.

My journey through graduate school was challenging for me- took on a role at work unexpectedly, handled funeral arrangements for my father- and I am proud to say I was able to navigate those challenges and use my work as a creative outlet.

The goal of this site is to help people understand my current work as I recruit principals to open school campuses, helpful insight for those seeking new roles, as well as how my work connects to my experiences in education.
