Analog apparatuses scan and process text & drawings - clairvoyant observations on the chemical elements - from the pages of Occult Chemistry, a book by Annie Besant (1847 - 1933).  Made during an artist residency at Signal Culture, Owego, NY. in 2019.

One of the video signal processing machines used is the Wobbulator, a black and white CRT television that has additional hardware to control the electrons with electric pulses as they bombard the phosphor layer of the screen. The pure colors were generated by a Jones colorizer, keying and sequenzing in a Jones sequencer, custom built machines made available during the artist residency.
