The Artist’s Studio as Encryption Lab
The Artist's Studio as Encryption Lab, begun in 1996, is an ongoing cycle of 3D computer graphic images, dealing with memory and architecture. The protagonist is a 3D model of my apartment. Taking on ancient mnemonics, I transform the small flat into a virtual memory palace, a stage, where personal biography, cultural and scientific history, fact and fiction appear side by side.
