In some situations, we will be required to teach people about new technology being implemented by businesses. While we are running a customer through a fix it depends on our teaching skills very heavily. Depending on what our jobs require us to do, we may be required to do a great deal of teaching new software or equipment to those we work with or companies hiring us. For me, ordering the steps in which I give information out was key from my training and development class. I learned to be much more fluid in my delivery to meet the needs of the training.
