Our Online Directory is now available! This resource allows registered PTO members to easily connect with one another.
The directory is only available to families who registered for PTO at the start of the school year.
Access was granted using the email addresses provided at registration.
Click the red button above to open the directory.
To view the file, you will need to be logged in under the email address you provided during registration.
If that email is linked to a Google account, you should be able to open the directory right away.
Some emails are not automatically linked to a Google account. If you see an error message when trying to access the directory, you will need to either 1) Link it to your gmail account or 2) Create a free Google account with your existing email as follows:
If you already have a Google/Gmail account: You can add your registered email (e.g., Hotmail or Yahoo) as an alternate email to your existing Google account. This allows you to log in using your current address. Here’s how to add an alternate email.
If you do not have a Google account: Follow these steps:
Select “Use my current email address instead.”
Follow the prompts to create a free Google account that uses your existing email address.
Once that’s done, return to the directory link (from the PTO email or website) and click “Request Access.”
We’ll approve your request promptly.
If that still doesn't work, please email HelloAldrichPTO@gmail.com because we might need to re-add your existing email address.
If you'd like to filter the sheet to a grade or teacher name, you'll need to add a temporary filter.
Highlight row 2.
Navigate to Data > Create Filter View.
Now you have your very own filter to use. Enjoy!
The directory is view-only.
Information is shared for PTO community use only. Please do not share access or screenshots outside our PTO membership.
Access will be updated annually, and expired addresses will be removed at the end of the school year.
