Meeting Details

Who:

All Aldrich parents and guardians are welcome! Whether you're looking to learn more about PTO events and committees, share feedback, ask questions, or simply stay in the loop, we’d love to have you join us.

When:

Meetings are held throughout the school year—see the full list of dates to the right.  The last meeting of the year is held at 10:30am so attendees can stay for the Volunteer Luncheon in the library at 11:30am. 

Where:

• Meetings take place in the Aldrich Art Room. Please check in at the front desk and make your way to Art Room any time after 8:15am. 

• Prefer to join virtually? Use our Google Meet link (Same link used each month)

  • NOTE: We may join a few minutes late after morning announcements
     

What to Expect:

We hold casual, round-robin–style meetings where each PTO committee gives a brief update and invites input. We also hear important updates from the principal and discuss upcoming events, needs, and ideas. It’s a great way to stay connected and contribute—whether you’re just listening in or sharing suggestions.
