Reflection on my participation in our classroom community and how communities can shape writing.
In our classroom community, I have participated many times. Most of the time we were asked to participate by being in groups and working on our assignments with our peers. This gave way for us students to help each other improve our writings instead of it being just the professor doing all the work. This also helped us learn the process of creating different kinds of writing. Communities like this can shape writing greatly. By giving us an opportunity to be able to work with each other and review each other's works, we can help each other grow in areas we struggled. Also, by it being our own peers helping us, we feel a bit more comfort knowing that we are helpful to each other instead of relying on the professor. This creates the dynamic where we can go to each other for help if one is afraid to ask questions in class.

This is a very great example of group work between me and my peers. We are all reviewing each other's English Portfolio and giving some insight and giving helpful criticism on our works.
This is me peer reviewing a classmate on his English Portfolio. I gave him both warm and cool pieces of feedback to help guide him to make his portfolio better.
This is a peer reviewed assignment on my research paper by another student. She answered the questions honestly and that gave me the advice and guidance I needed to continue working on my paper.
