Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra has taken the war on the second front line in the great war of independence. And the most popular program of Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra is 'Charmapatra' written and presented by M. R. Akhtar Mukul. Abdul Mannan planned the 'Charmapatra'. And the name of the 'Charmapatra' ceremony was Ashfaqur Rahman Khan.
Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra was launched on 25 May 1971. And from that day on, the propaganda of extremism started and caused a stir. The freedom fighters were excited to hear the 'Charmapatra'. The last day of the war of liberation means that till December 16, the 'Charmapatra' was spread every day.
Although Dhakaiya language was used in the ceremonies, regional languages of different districts have been used to create solidarity with the freedom fighters. The use of regional languages has made the event even more heart touching.
