b. Analysis of Student Learning
This evaluation was conducted fourth individual time at the end of each month ranging from January to April 2021. This evaluation job was not obligatory task for students that is why participation was not 100%. In the above figure, only the January and April month’s evaluations are considered to find out the comparison means. From the rating stated in above table and figure, it is seen that the ending score is greater than the beginning score rating in management information systems course that indicates the improvement of my teaching performance. Again, in the course of ICT in Business, these scores are also higher in ending evaluation rating than the beginning score. This indicates some improvement of my teaching performance.
