Cyber Law Essay

I took a Cybersecurity & Privacy Law graduate class during the Summer of 2025 that covered a lot of AI laws as that's a big topic in cybersecurity right now. As part of that class we had to write a research paper on a topic of our choosing. I chose to focus my research on AI literacy, focusing on laws, frameworks and guidance in Oregon. The ending was very quick (literally, I was running out of time to submit it and struggled to figure out what to cut so I had room to add to the ending), but there's some useful information in here regarding the connection between Privacy Laws, Discrimination Laws, and their impact on AI in education.
