I've been using AI to help develop assignments/worksheets. Here's some that I've made specific to educating students regarding AI use.
AI Use in My Classrooms - This assignment helps students identify what is and isn't allowed in their various classes regarding AI. Students need to know ahead of time if there's a blanket "Don't use AI in my classroom" policy, or if there's some allowance, and not every teacher will hold the same feelings on what is and what isn't allowed, so understanding that is vital for a student to ensure that they're not crossing lines.
Case Studies Worksheet - This assignment helps students analyze example scenarious and determine what is and isn't appropriate with regards to how AI is used in school.

The gray area is meant to be a talking point between teacher & students to discuss that there are items in the middle that could be appropriate and could be inappropriate and to really emphasize avoiding the gray area as that area is left up to the teacher to interpret whether it's allowed or not. After students connect with teachers about is or isn't allowed in their classrooms, students could create posters similar to the above poster outlining what is and isn't okay to do with AI in the classes (or target a specific class).
