The Platform for Air Quality Research (PAQR) is established under the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) as a sustainable platform for air quality research, monitoring, capacity development, and information sharing in Cambodia.
PAQR conducts continuous surveys and research on Cambodia’s atmospheric environment, develops human resources for air quality research, generates scientific knowledge, and communicates research findings and environmental information to government agencies, students, researchers, and the public.

Air Quality Monitoring
Operate and maintain air quality monitoring stations, the online monitoring network, and associated data systems to support continuous atmospheric monitoring and research.
Chemical Analysis & Research
Chemical Analysis & Research
Chemical analysis and characterizes the chemical composition of ambient particulate matter, identifies its sources, and evaluates hazardous components contained in it, so that reliable scientific evidence on air pollution is available to government agencies and to the research community.
Information & Outreach
Information & Outreach
Provides the environmental information produced by the PAQR to government agencies, communicates it to students and to the general public, and maintains the external relations of the Platform.

Yearly targets
The same targets apply every year. The Director of the PAQR decides the plan at the start of each year and reviews the results at the end.
