Registration
The AIIDE-22 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, the workshop program, and access to the electronic AIIDE-22 proceedings. While registration will remain open after the early registration deadline, we encourage all to register by September 23 to facilitate planning needs. The final registration deadline is October 28, 2022.

AIIDE Workshop Program
Workshop Information: Workshops
W1: Experimental AI in Games (EXAG) (October 24-25, Two-Day)
W2: Intelligent Narrative Technologies (October 25, One-Day)
W3: Strategy Games Workshop (October 25, One-Day)
W4: Esport Analytics (October 25, One-Day)
AIIDE-22 workshops will be held October 24-25, just prior to the technical conference.
PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT SIGN UP FOR CONCURRENT EVENTS, so please consult the schedule carefully before making your selections.
Workshops are individually priced. A discount is applied for main conference registrants. Individuals wishing to attend workshops only should select the Workshop/Tutorial Only option for their registration type. The workshop only fees do NOT include admittance to any AIIDE-22 technical sessions, opening reception or poster session. Registration is valid for the day(s) of the workshops only.
Workshop Fees with technical registration:
Two-Day Workshop (W1) Regular: $175 Student: $120
One-Day Workshop (W2, W3, W4) Regular: $130 Student: $85
Workshop Fees Only:
Two-Day Workshop Only (W1) Regular: $280 Student: $195

Registration / Proof of Student Status
To register online, please complete the form at (https://aaaiconf.cventevents.com/AIIDE-22). If you qualify for student rates, you will be required to submit proof of student status (PDF) through the online system before you can complete your registration.
Refund Requests
The deadline for refund requests is September 23, 2022. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at aiide22@aaai.org. A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed for all technical program refunds.
