About Me
I’m Sean, a middle school principal, educator, and lifelong learner. For more than three decades, I’ve worked in public education with a focus on helping students grow academically, socially, and emotionally—and supporting teachers to feel confident, valued, and successful in their craft.
In recent years, I’ve become deeply interested in how artificial intelligence is reshaping education. But my interest isn’t in chasing the latest tech trend. I’m focused on something more important: How can we use AI to enhance student thinking—not replace it? How can AI support meaningful learning, ethical use, and metacognitive growth?
That’s what led me to develop the AIDA Framework:
Assist, Investigate, Dialogue, and Apply—a way to help teachers integrate AI into their classrooms in a thoughtful, student-centered way. This site is a home for those ideas and a place to explore what’s possible.
Whether you’re a teacher, school leader, parent, or just curious about how learning and AI intersect, I hope you’ll find something here that sparks your thinking.
Let’s keep learning, questioning, and building better ways to teach with AI—together.
