A TPM was held in Belgrade, dedicated to coordinating the next steps and aligning the quality of the project results. The partners reviewed the status of key deliverables, agreed on common standards for implementing the training content, and defined a clear division of tasks for the final phases. A particular focus was placed on ensuring that AI tools and the recommended practices are realistically applicable in schools and help teachers and school staff save time in administrative processes, while maintaining the quality of work and internal communication.
Key outcomes of the TPM in Belgrade:
agreement on priorities for finalizing and improving the training materials;
aligned quality criteria and a common format for partner contributions;
an implementation and communication plan for the upcoming local workshops;
clarified timelines and responsibilities for the final project steps.
