I asked two versions of GPT (GPT-3.5 and GPT-4) to write an outline for training material for staff in a church. There was considerable overlap but each was also distinct and provided additional information.
I then asked them to expand on the various sections, thus giving me more detailed information about the aspects of the course they had suggested.
Some of what they produced I used verbatim. In other cases, I mixed and matched or did a little more research, prompted by what they had produced, and used my own wording.
AI was therefore used both for the research and the writing. In the research phase I asked questions, for example, asking for lists with examples or asking for explanations. Sometimes the wording generated was what I chose to use. In other instances, I wrote what I wanted.
Other chatbots were used to provide additional information and perspective.
Most of the graphics have been produced by Midjourney. Those that include text probably came from ideogram.ai.
It is simply a case of entering and then refining the prompts until the system produced the graphic I was hoping for.
There is a link to a chatbot directly related to this training. See if you can find it.
The chatbot (AI-in-church) was created on poe.com. I gave it a profile (i.e. a personality and situation) and then simply link to it from this site using a portrait of the "person" you will be talking to in Midjourney. It does mean you have to go to poe.com and you will require an account there but that is simple to set up and costs nothing. You might like to create some chatbots yourself.
There are also examples of other chatbots you can converse with. They have been created in the same way.
