This lab tackles the critical question of how to make the most of investments in technological knowledge and infrastructure.

Our work focuses on Knowledge Management (KM) and Building Information Management (BIM) as the essential bridge that unites technology, information processes, and people. 

In collaboration with the Department of Information Science and Construction Economics, we research and develop frameworks that help organizations capture lessons learned, establish best practices, and improve decision-making in projects and organizations. The goal is to ensure that technological investment translates directly into tangible efficiency and value for Africa's digital built environments.
