The goal of this course is to prepare Air Force supervisors and trainers to effectively instruct their subordinates on work center tasks through proper instructional techniques and methods.

NOTE: In accordance with Air Force Instruction 36-2201, newly assigned supervisors and trainers must complete this course within 90 days of assuming the role.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Hello! My name is Maria Bovastro and I'm excited to share a few tips with you as you prepare for your responsibilities as a supervisor or trainer in the Air Force. As an instructional designer and a veteran of over 20 years in the service, I understand the importance of delivering instructional material to new Airman and how it plays a vital role in developing our future leaders.
