The Red Hat Rink Fundraiser has cancelled their Non-Profit Partnership effective immediately to fulfill full-time staff positions with the Raleigh Convention Center. All participating who have worked will receive their money, but all future jobs have been cancelled and will not return this season.

In an effort to provide an additional fundraising opportunity for our students, the Chorus Boosters have partnered with several groups/organizations.

All communication to Volunteers is PRIMARILY BASED on the volunteers listed in our 'Volunteer List.'
An individuals ability to volunteer depends on their age at the time of the event

Red Hat - 15 years old (*requires adult working shift also. 16 if no adults.)

NC State - 18 years old
STUDENTS:
If you add your name to the Volunteer List and are not yet old enough...include your birthdate.
Once you become old enough - you'll be included moving forward.

Adults are any person(s) not currently enrolled in AFHS who are 18 years or older.
For example: Big Sister Alice, who is attending Wake Tech, can signup/Volunteer for her Brother Fred (who is in 10th Grade Chorus.)
Alice will be tagged as an Adult in the Volunteer list.
Each individual added must/will have their own row, but the same email/phone can be used on multiple rows.
For Example:
Mom (Sally) and Fred (Student) are both "using" Mom's Phone and Email...
but George (Dad) is using his own email/phone...

If you include ‘Lenovo’ and/or 'NC State' in your Students list, but they are not yet 16 (Lenovo) or 18 (NC State) – that is OK
Once they turn 16/18 – they will automatically get included once they are old enough (no need to request they be added later.)If you do not indicate which location – you’ll be considered for all 3.
If you list only one or two, you will be considered for ONLY THOSE.
