The 43rd Annual General Meeting of the SLAF Ex servicemen's Association was held at the Eagles Lakeside Banquet Hall Attidiya on 24th August 2024 under the patronage of the Commander of the Air Force Air Chief Marshal Udeni Rajapaksa. The event was a great success with the participation of approximately 800 members of the SLAF Ex servicemen's Association. AGM was presided over by the Air Vice Marshall Elmo Perera (Retd) . Vice President 1 AVM Kitsiril Leelaratne (Retd), VP 11, Air Cdr Amal Wimalaratne (Retd), Air Force Representative Air Cdr. Samantha Weeraselera, VP 111, WO K.P.Silva (Retd), Secretary WO T.M
Sarath Kumara (Retd), chairman SSWF ,WO Chandraratne Dissanayake (Retd), and the Treasure Sgt . Dhammika Perera (Retd) represented the Executive Committee.
Proceedings of last year's AGM
The executive committee of the AFESA had a cordial meeting with the commander of the Air Force Air Marshal

The Secretary had cordially welcomed the executive committee members and discussed the matters related to the welfare activities and rehabilitation of Ex Air men/Air Women.

The executive committee of the SLAF Ex Servicemen's Association had a meeting with the commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Udeni Rajapaksa on 09th October 2024 at the Air Force Headquarters and handed over LKR 10 M for the proposed building project to SLAFESA at SLAF Guwanpura.
AVM Elmo Perera (Retd), Air Cdr Amal Wimalarathne Retd, Mr Sarath Kumara, Mrs Dhammika Perera and Mr Dayawansa represented the AFESA executive committee.

73rd Air Force Day Banquet on 2nd March 2024
Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Udeni Rajapaksa has invited the Exco members of SLAFESA for the banquet held on 2nd March 2024 at Eagles Lakeside Banquet hall to celebrate the 73rd Air Force Day .
